Policies & Process
Lead Time
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance. Availability is first-come, first-served.
Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Balance is due at pickup.
Pickup Policy
Pickup is at our shop in Circleville during regular hours. Please arrive within your selected window.
Allergens
Our kitchen handles gluten, nuts, and dairy. While we offer GF options, cross-contamination is possible.
Changes
Design changes must be finalized at least 7 days before your pickup date.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 72 hours of pickup forfeit total payment.
